A Sweet Start
Today we learned “Aleph,” the first letter of the Aleph Bet. For centuries, it has been a Jewish tradition to give children something sweet on the day they begin learning the Aleph Bet, a reminder of how sweet it is to study the Torah.
Following this tradition, the children enjoyed an Aleph made out of Rice Krispy Treats!
Thank you for the honor of introducing your sweet child to a lifetime of sweet Jewish learning!
