Another Great Week

Hello Families,

It was another great week in kindergarten! In Reading Workshop we have been working on comprehension skills (identifying the main characters in a story), the sight words I and A, rhyming words, and beginning sounds of words. We worked on adding details to our illustrations and how to show emotions on faces in Writing Workshop. In math we worked on counting strategies (always double check!) and will start a new unit: Measurement, on Monday. We will also start our handwriting lessons on Monday as well!
