Shalom,
I hope everyone had a lovely Rosh haShana and now I am pleased to share with you our video card for Yom Kippur. The students learned about the scales of Justice and how each Yom Kippur our good deeds and our mistakes get measured on these scales. We learned that to fix our mistakes we must recognize these mistakes, say we are sorry and try to repair the damage that we did. We also wrote a mistake that we would most like to forget and threw it into a creek with our version of the Tashlich service done each year between Rosh haShana and Yom Kippur. We asked Hashem to forget this mistake just like the water erases the chalk writing on the rock.
