Have a great Rosh Hashanah!

What a short week! The kids worked really hard this week and stayed focused even though it was tough knowing the big holiday weekend is upon us!

Third graders began blogging this week. Please ask your child to show you what they wrote for their first post on Kid Blog! I’ve enjoyed reading their thoughts and feelings about their books. Beginning next week, every THURSDAY night kids will be required to do Kid Blog for homework. They are welcome to blog more often, but the minimum is once a week (Thursday).

The fire evacuation plans you wrote with your child were impressive! Two students actually did it on the computer with incredible accuracy and design. I encourage you to do this with your child if you have not already.
