Pesach Preparations

This past Tuesday we got to make matzah from scratch! Check out our bakers below:

step 1: separate kernels from the wheat stalks

step 2: grind wheat kernels into flour

step 3: get flour and water ready in two separate rooms

step 4: mix flour and water – start the 18 minute timer immediately!

step 5: roll out the dough really thin

step 6: make holes in the dough

step 7: bake it before the 18 minutes are up!
