Script Letters Completed!

Amazing! Kitah Bet has already learned all the script letters in the Alef Bet! They had one test today and will have another test on Monday. Of course we will continue to practice throughout the year as well.

This week we got to know the two new students in our virtual sister class. First we read the story of Yehuda. He comes from Yerushalayim and is worried that he will not have any friends in his new class. The students are happy to have him join the group and all become his friends. Then we read the story of Nurit. She is very excited to be going to a Jewish school for the first time. She gets a little nervous when she realizes that there is a lot of Ivrit in the class which she only understands very little of. The students, especially Yehuda, offer to help her out.

After reading both of these stories, in Hebrew of course, the students made a venn diagram comparing the two. Great work!
