Rosh Hashanah is almost here!

Kitah Bet is ready. We learned all about what to get ready and even got to bake our own round challot. The challot were frozen after they cooled from the oven. We sent them home this afternoon, straight from the freezer. If you would like to save them for Rosh Hashanah, put them in the freezer while they are still frozen and take them out on Wednesday afternoon so you can enjoy fresh, round, sweet Rosh Hashanah challah on the first night of the New Year.

 

One of our brain breaks in the classroom is Alef Bet Yoga, the children are even inventing poses for Hebrew script letters!
